Trip AI Plan — privacy policy
Who we are. Trip AI Plan is published by FindApply (admin@findapply.com). Contact: admin@findapply.com.
The short version. The app shows no ads and does no analytics or tracking. An account is optional and only used to back up your trips if you sign in. Your position is processed on your device only.
What the app does with data
| Data | Where it is used | Leaves your device? |
|---|---|---|
| Precise location (only if you allow it) | To rank nearby places, draw your position on the map and, if you choose "Where I am now", set a trip's starting point | No for ranking and the position dot. A trip's starting point is sent as a leg endpoint when route lines are fetched (see below). |
| Trips you plan, places you mark as visited | Stored in the app's private storage | No |
| City downloads | The app requests the city list and the files of the city you choose | The request reaches our server like any web download (IP address, time, file requested) |
| Route lines | When you plan or edit a trip while online, the app sends the start and end coordinates of each leg (hotel/start point → stop → stop) and receives the route line and directions | Yes: those coordinates only — no name, account, device identifier or position history |
Our server passes leg coordinates to a routing engine operated by us to compute the route.
What we do not collect
No name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, advertising ID, purchase history or usage analytics.
Retention
Web server access logs (IP address, time, path) are kept for 14 days for security and troubleshooting, then deleted. Trips and visited marks stay on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app.
